Sophomore, Junior and Senior Art Students are invited to apply for membership to the National Art Honor Society.
Requirements for membership:
•Enrollment in art course during the school year
•A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
•A minimum grade of B in all art courses
•Student application and information sheet via google doc link
•Payment of dues $30 (payable to MVHS)- Due via push coin by October 1st
•Consistent attendance at meetings and participation in at least 2 of our club activities/ service projects
Membership in this chapter is based on scholarship, service, and character. The National Art Education Association (NAEA) is committed to recognizing high school students who demonstrate outstanding abilities in the visual arts. As a member of Metea Valley’s NAHS, you will have many opportunities which will include having your artwork on exhibit, participation in community and service oriented projects, and opportunities to participate in hands-on workshops.
