MVHS Art Department Kicks off the School Year with Collaborative Art Installation
The Metea Valley High School Art Department is thrilled to have students back in the studio and are kicking off the school year with a Department Wide Collaborative Art Installation. This project involves more than 550 students and staff and will be installed in the hallway leading to the cafeteria/commons. A person's name has a profound connection to individual identity and each student's name serves as the focus of this collaborative art project. Each student created an individual art piece that highlights their name along with mindful doodling and zentangle patterns. Students will work together this week to complete the installation element of this project which can be viewed by the school community.
