Spring Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences will be on March 1 from 1 pm-8 pm.
You are welcome to attend conferences, however, you are NOT obligated if you are pleased with your student's progress and have an understanding of his/her coursework progress. Due to only one day of conferences, our staff hopes to reserve as much time as possible for families who need a face to face discussion in order to problem solve as March conferences are an opportunity to focus on areas of improvement to finish the school year for students who may be having some difficulties.
Parents will use the PowerPTC online system to set up a conference. This is the new system launched last fall for scheduling parent-teacher conferences. The district asked PowerPTC to incorporate parent feedback to improve the system and make it more user friendly. In order to incorporate the changes, PowerPTC had to remove previous parent accounts before launching the revised version. Therefore, all users will have to reactivate their PowerPTC Account.
Parents of High School Students will receive an email from PowerPTC with an activation code on Friday, February 16th. The activation code will activate all your students at the high school level. If you have students at the middle school or elementary level, you will receive a separate activation code per each level.
Online Scheduling will open up on Monday, February 19th starting at 9 am and will close on February 28th at noon.
