District 204 Publishing Alumni Directory
Indian Prairie School District 204 is currently working with Publishing Concepts Inc. (PCI) to publish an Alumni Directory. Postcards and emails to alumni of Neuqua Valley, Waubonsie Valley, and Metea Valley will be sent beginning Friday, February 23.
IPSD would like to encourage all alumni to respond to the mailings so an alumni database can be created. Alumni will have an opportunity to update their information directly with PCI. While alumni will have the option to purchase a directory from PCI, no purchase is required to be included in the directory. The District does not receive any proceeds from this publication. The information from the directory can be helpful to alumni planning reunions or looking to contact classmates.
The directory will be published by PCI in January, 2019.

1. I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information. They said they were working on a directory for Indian Prairie School District 204. Is this a legitimate project, or is it a scam?
We have partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a 35-year old company located in Dallas, TX that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation. This project allows Indian Prairie School District 204 to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.
2. How do I opt out of any future communications regarding the Print Directory?
If you would like to have your name removed from any further communications regarding the 2019 IPSD Alumni Directory, please email PCI at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name (first and last) and graduation year. Or call PCI Customer Service at 1.800.982.1590.
3. How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?
Indian Prairie School District 204 has a contractual agreement with PCI that states:
a. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Indian Prairie School District 204 for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law.
b. The Directory will be made available only to alumni of Indian Prairie School District 204. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Indian Prairie School District 204 any and all electronic files that have been supplied by Indian Prairie School District 204 or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
4. I would like to verify and update my information. How may I do this?
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the Indian Prairie School District 204 project. 5. Can anyone purchase a directory?
The Indian Prairie School District 204 alumni Directory is available for sale only to Indian Prairie School District 204 alumni.
6. When will I receive my directory?
The total duration of the directory project is about 12 months. Since we began the project in February 2018, the directories will be distributed in January of 2019.
7. Can I choose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?
When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI customer service desk (1.800.982.1590).
8. I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
