Principal’s Message on June 6, 2019 Incident
On June 6, 2019, five Metea Valley High School students made a poor decision and engaged in a fight that took place in a school restroom. The Aurora Police Department’s School Resource Officer was immediately called to investigate the situation. The police investigation resulted in charges being filed against all five students who were involved.
The safety of our students and staff is always our first concern. Incidents like this are taken seriously and dealt with decisively. In addition to police charges, disciplinary action was taken by the school.
